Amazingly a cry for help can be silenced in peoples consciousness and unseen to their eyes when aparently it doesn't touch nterest or will be of some bother to those who should see...

On the other hand, when someone gets interested and tries to help, it is seen as being with second intentions or wanting something back... altruism is not accepted... is just an ideal which everyone shouts being but rarely puts it into practice.

How many gave up something really significant in order to help another person?
